LOL! Laughable public channel KRO-NCRV quits X: had a few thousand followers

Hilarious! The leftist creeps of KRO-NCRV have announced that they will stop using X (formerly Twitter). That retard Akwasi has received a lot of "hateful messages" after his retarded performance at De Slimste Mens. The fake Catholics of the NPO find this so bad that they are terminating their enormously successful account. Well ... successful. That's rather disappointing. After all, the account has only a few thousand followers.

At KRO-NCRV they are supposedly making a very big sacrifice. The broadcaster announces - on X.com itself, of course - that it is closing its own X account. Effective immediately. Well, it continues to exist, but it will no longer be used. They find it disgusting that there are people who were critical of Akwasi, who recently made a fool of himself in De Slimste Mens. As a "punishment," the broadcaster has decided to move away from X.

On its own website, KRO-NCRV elaborates. "In my view, X has increasingly become a society-disrupting platform," said board chairman Peter Kuipers. "With anonymous keyboard knights typing the most disgusting dregs from behind their laptops."

"As KRO-NCRV, we stand for a society in which we live together in harmony, a connected society. A social media channel that seems to give its users all the space they need for polarization and racism no longer fits in with that. I hope that other broadcasters and media companies will also take the step to no longer use X," he adds.

The broadcaster then concludes with: "KRO-NCRV and the programs do remain active on the social media channels Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube."

And that is fascinating. Because if you have some experience with those other social media, you know that there are a lot of hateful things going around there, too. Facebook? YouTube? Are you kidding me? It's one big gang over there;

So why is X suddenly too bad for broadcasting? Well, that could well have something to do with two aspects. The first aspect is the low follower count that KRO-NCRV has on X. It is an old, traditional public broadcaster. The number of followers at the time of writing? 5,807.

Yes, you read that right. They have built up only a few thousand followers in ten years (active on Twitter since December 2013). By comparison, my account -which I set up in 2020 because my other account was banned in various ways-has 14,100 followers. That account has been around for four years now.

On top of that, X is the target of an obvious attack by elites in politics. They want to destroy X at all costs because owner Elon Musk values freedom of speech and is suddenly giving people who have been shadowbanned in the past the space to - don't scare! - say what they think.

X is no longer dominated by the intelligence services and by other kinds of censors. That's KRO-NCRV's problem.... and that is why "many other media" suddenly say they are considering closing their X account as well. They join forces with politics, start totally demonizing X and thereby hope to ensure that X either breaks down or that the public accepts a future ban on X.

It is too rancid for words, but that is the cheap plan they have in store - and the rancid game they are playing. And whining about a few "hate messages.
