Russian Defensive Overcomes Ukrainian 'Summer Offensive'

After weeks of speculation and preparations, the planned Ukrainian summer offensive has been decisively and decisively defeated, according to Russian sources. The goal of the offensive was to drive Russian forces back to Crimea and eventually to mainland Russia.
